Take the stress out of your event - Let us take over, we plan the details, coordinate vendors & make sure everything is organised and confirmed ahead of your event.

- All services from ‘Dream it’ (creative concept, mood board, theme/colour palette)
-Vendor sourcing & liaison (venue, cateering, decor, entertainment etc)
-Bookings & confirmations
-Detailed itinerary/schedule for vendors & client
-Budget guidance & payment coordination
-Ongoing support via email or phone.
*please note ‘Plan It’ package covers full planning and coordination prior to the event, it does not include on the day management.

YOUR EVENT, BUT MAKE IT EFFORTLESS
Enjoy your event completely stress-free, we take care of everything prior to & on the day. Ensuring everything from vendors to final set up runs smoothly. With Manage it you can focus on your guests & the celebration, leave the details to us.
What’s included:
-Initial client consultation via email, call or in person.
-All services from ‘Plan it’ (full planning prior to the event, creative concept, mood board, theme)
-On-the-day presence & coordination
-Vendor management & troubleshooting in real time
-Final set up supervision
-Guest support & smooth event flow
Optional extra - Event Styling (for smaller events) — We can provide light styling using decor provided by you or sourced for the event (table set up, candles, goodie bgas). Larger items such as florals, balloons, furniture hire will be booked with trusted suppliers with us overseeing their setup.
*please note we do not provide our own stock or hire items. Any styling is carried out using decor supplied or sourced for the event. Our role is to manage vendors, logistics & event flow - we do not replace venue staff, catering or cleaning services.
